We reserve the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time to reflect changes in market conditions affecting our business, changes in payment methods, changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements and changes in our system's capabilities.

 

FIVE YEAR WARRANTY

We offer a five year warranty on Retromixer and its subcomponents. Please contact us if you encounter any problems and we will happily offer a solution.

 

TERMS OF SALE

If you place an order, this will be your offer to purchase the items from us. We will acknowledge your order as soon as possible, however we reserve the right to cancel an order if the product is not in stock or available at the prices specified.

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved by us. Once your order has been processed, you will receive shipping information, which will include your tracking details.

If items that you order are out of stock, subject to a delay we will try to contact you at the email address you provided when placing your order. If we cannot contact you or receive no response to our email, we will continue to process the remaining items on your order. We will not supply a substitute product without your express authority.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on Retromixer. However, colour vary from camera to camera as well as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.

 

PRICE AND PAYMENT

We try to ensure that all details, description and prices that appear on our website are accurate, however errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing we will notify you immediately by either correcting the price or cancelling your order.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. This could be in relation to either regarding the quantity of goods, or removal or variation of a service. If your order is cancelled, you will be reimbursed your payment in full. We reserve the right to refuse to fulfil any orders that you may place based on information on the service that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, or return policies.

 

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

You may cancel your order for a full refund so long as we have not dispatched it, by sending us a message via the contact page beginning with "CANCEL" and your order number. If your order is already dispatched and on its way to you, you will have to go through the Returns process outlined below.

 

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

Outside of the UK, EU, New Zealand and Australia, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

Please note that the website charges in GBP (Pound Sterling). Please note that any currency conversions on the site are only estimates and charges will still be made in GBP.

 

SECURITY OF PAYMENT

All of your transactions are protected by SSL encryption software at checkout.

A series of checks are made on the credit card to ensure that the card details given match the billing address. If our system detects any mismatch of credit card information, your order may be immediately cancelled at our discretion. We may also request further information from you including providing evidence of card ownership, or we may contact your bank & the relevant authorities if we suspect any card details or transaction to be fraudulent. This may delay orders, but is carried out in the interest of both parties.

We do not collect or store any financial information entered into our website. Neither do we intend to store any financial data in the future. All credit card information is solely used by external merchant partners to process the transaction, after which time it is removed completely. DISCOUNT CODES

Only one promotion code can be used per order and cannot be combined. A promotion code cannot be used after an order has been placed, even if your order has not been dispatched. We reserve the right to invalidate any promotional codes at any time.

DELIVERY

Standard Delivery

Your delivery will be made within 5-7 working days after you place your order, within that time frame you will receive shipping notification, you should expect to receive your delivery within 2-3 working days, however still allow up to 5-7 working days for order to be delivered.

A signature will be required upon receipt so please ensure that there is someone there to accept it. If you are not around to accept delivery of your parcel, a delivery card will be left to arrange a redelivery or collection.

Unfortunately we cannot deliver on a bank holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.

RETURNS

Merchandise must be returned in a resalable condition. If you believe the items are faulty, please follow the instructions per ‘Returning Faulty Items’ below.

Returns are quite easy and hassle free: we pay the return shipping and you can just re-use the box it was shipped in. You do need to have access to a printer to print the return label. Please follow the procedure:

  1. Fill out the Return and Refund Form so that we may process your request and send you a pre-paid return label. In the meantime, prepare and secure the parcel for shipping e.g. with packing tape.
  1. Once you receive the pre-paid label, print it out, stick it on the parcel and bring it to the post office. It is important that you keep a copy of your postage receipt, should there be any issues with your parcel during transit. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund customers unless we have a copy of the postage receipt. 

International Returns

For international returns (outside the UK, EU, New Zealand & Australia) please mark clearly on your returns form and outer packaging "Returned goods - No commercial value". Without this any taxes incurred will be your responsibility to pay to your shipper.

Returning Faulty Items

If the reason for your return is because of subcomponents (i.e. straps or mixer) snapping, just contact our customer care team, we’ll just ship them to you free of charge.

If you receive an order and deem it faulty, please send precise information of any faults before making any returns. To do so, contact us via the contact form beginning with "FAULT" and your order number. We will look into the matter and advise on the next steps in getting your item returned. 

Please note - if you return a faulty item before informing us, we will not be able to issue any postage or shipping reimbursements as faulty returns need to be approved. 

 

REFUNDS

Once we have received and inspected returned items, it may take up to 10 working days to process your refund.

Please be advised that it may take between 3-5 working days for any funds due to reflect in your banking statement. Unfortunately this is out of our control, but dependent on your banking service provider.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns if we determine that the merchandise does not qualify for a return.

 

SIZING

Retromixer will fit most taps, but not all, please ensure you check our sizing guide before placing your order as tap sizes vary from home to home.
