5 YEAR WARRANTY

We offer a five year warranty on RETROMIXER and its subcomponents. Please contact us if you encounter any problems and we will happily offer a solution.

CORRECT SETUP

It is very important for us that you have the best experience with our products and that you know how to use them. Before going ahead with your return, please have a look at the video and check if your RETROMIXER has been adjusted correctly.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

After receiving your order, you have 30 days to send it back to us to receive a full refund (incl. shipping cost). Please follow the steps below.

1. FILL OUT THE FORM

Please fill out our Return and Refund Form so that we can process your request and send you a pre-paid return label.

2. SEND IT BACK TO US

Print out the label and stick it on the parcel. Secure the parcel for shipping e.g. with packing tape.

3. GET YOUR REFUND

Once your order has been returned and inspected, your refund will be processed. Funds will be returned within 7 days via your original method of payment.
